sometimes we realli deserve our ill gotten gains when we do not rem somethin tt is so basic 2 us..

Matthew 6:33 - But seek 1st the kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to u..

2dae i listened 2 the free sermon from attributes online.. its a sermon preached by Dr A.R Bernard backkk in 2002.. and it was realli unbelievable to hear from him speakin so well at tt yr.. in fact.. i realized tt he had actualli imparted the foundation of his wisdom 2 the church at tt yr~!!!! my goodness.. i should hav received Christ much earlier..

aniwaes.. he preached somethin tt is oh so familiar and it realli hit me harddd..

he says, "in Matt 6:33, it says tt spiritual renewal is more impt than economic revitalization.." this is so true in our curent economic situation.. tt when all of us hope and pray for economic revitalization.. it is a time where we should renew our spirit man b4 God does a miracle in our economic situation..

and i realized.. it doesnt stop there.. more than jus economic situation.. it talks abt our everyday life.. our family.. our relationship.. our work.. and for me.. most imptly.. my studies

i realized i hav been seekin God now and then 4 my breakthru in my studies.. but my spirit man wasnt realli renewed.. and i kept askin.. seekin.. knockin.. and the breakthru jus didnt come.. and i realiazed tt its my spirit man.. and my thinkin.. tt needs 2 b changed..

i hav 2 seek God even more... startin from tomolo.. i'll make sure i'll go 4 all the mornin prayer meetings..

bloggin life cycle is almost the same as any life cycle of a product.. it goes thru: (1)-Infancy (2)-Growth (3)-Maturity

however unlike most products.. bloggin comes thru 2 maturity stage realli quick..

one of the reason is due 2 internet marketing.. which is an effective tool for "selling" the webpage.. bloggers may use any form of communication channels 2 advertise their blogggg (word of mouth, msn, email, spam email.. lolzz) and soon enuff.. u get ur "readers" 2 see ur blogggg..

however... the no. of bloggers will slow down when it reaches its maturity stage.. mayb like 6 mths or so.. and the no. of readers will start 2 slow down and soon after the no. of readers will eventually decline.. while many bloggers (like me) like to write wat they like and write wat they wan ignorin the public comments.. they still face a decline in readership due 2 the lack of interestin stories happenin in their lives..

now the fact is life can b mundane at times at it can b realli borin.. it is not gdd 2 bloggg everythin interestin abt ur life.. furthermore... bloggers themselves will soon find themselves losing the urge 2 bloggg abt their lives.. when they realli dun feel like it..

so wat ar some blogggs tt could sustain readership??

1. Informative blogggs (Lee Xin Hong - fintel.blogspot.com)
Xinhong's bloggg may hav a combination of both financial and spiritual messages and teachings but the entries tt were posted ar verii deep.. it is hardd 2 jus glance thru everythin and noe wat is he sayin.. but it needs 2 b read thoroughly 2 enjoy the entire entry.. if u dun like writing and typing.. it is not wise 2 do this.. however.. it's all abt informative resources which is the original intention of the existence of the internet world..

2. Audio blogggs (Willy Joe - willyjoe.blogspot.com)
Although willy blogggs also has some of his thoughts and some other misc entries.. it is one of the "marketable blogggs" ard in blogger.. his "core activity" is 2 share music wif the readers.. while sometimes he share somethin abt his life 2 let the ppl ard him noe him better.. however.. unlike xinhong.. he doesnt blog long and his english is short, simple and sweet.. as he expresses everythin thru a short paragraph.. at least 90% of his readers love music or had their surrounded wif it.. and wif a xtra efforts on its design.. it is not too diff to market this "google-listed" bloggg..

3. Visual Blogs (Erika Liana - scribblinx.livejournal.com)
Visual blogggs is the easiest wayyy 2 attract masses of readers.. accordin 2 studies.. most ppl tend 2 capture learnin from visual teachings.. (like wat ur teachers used in classrooms.. such as objects.. tools etc etc) and erika's bloggg is full of pictures.. videos.. more pictures.. and more videos.. lolzz.. therefore the retaining rate of readers is rather highhh as ppl ar more interested 2 see new pictures and new videos abt a person rather than jus words of description.. many blogggs did tt.. and it is one of the proven method of possessin highhh readership..

mine?? ohhh well.. dun even tink abt it.. im not even "google-listed".. and my entries ar rather wordy.. sometimes u may find some informative stuff and a little bit of visual and audio entries but most of the time u would find words.. tt's y its my bloggg u see.. i bloggg wat i like.. wat i wan..

tHe PpL i KnEw

when im out there in sch or in my workplace previously.. i jus casually spoke 2 my colleagues and friendz abt the ppl i knew and some of the achievements tt they had.. and they do not believe of wat i hav said.. sometimes i jus told them plainly abt the things tt they hav done.. they tot im exaggeratin..

i guess the main reason of their disbelief is tt they nv knew tt this could happen in front of their eyes.. and its veriii saddd tt they do not believe them as those words did not realli serve an inspiration 2 them.. while they might believe tt they should work honestly wif their hands.. i tink tt one has 2 b COURAGEOUS 2 believe tt they could achieve somethin greater than themselves..

take 4 example.. i told them i noe a friendz who is the dean of SMU sch of accountancy for 3 yrs in a row and he's been givin talks in his university abt investing and in RI.. from this sentence alone.. they tink its a whole lot of crap.. if i were 2 break down.. they do not believe 4 things from here:

- the dean of SMU: its not easy being one.. this person tt im referrin too mus b a great scholar.. how can this great scholar noe this type of chao kuan ah beng??

- for 3 yrs: this guy mus b havin some superb status.. i mus see 2 believe it.. now i'm jus a blue collar worker.. if i did not see such success happenin b4.. how can this ah beng see this kinda thing in his life??

- investing talks in the university: how can a mere student giv investment talks 2 his fellow uni classmates?? this ah beng is blabberin utter nonsense.. he doesnt noe wat is he talkin abt!!

- talks in RI: now he mus b some superman 2 do alot of things.. if onli pigs can fly (except 4 airpork..) ar u sure this ah beng is sayin the right thing??

therefore from the above sentence.. they would jus ignore it... (i didnt wan 2 demean THAT GUY THAT IM TALKIN ABT.. ) but i felt tt sometimes i wouldn't wan to make such a statement like this anymore.. all i wan 2 do is 2 sing praises.. but i guess life is like american idol and ppl ar like simon cowell..

b4 i end.. i would like 2 make another statement tt seems so fake but its so real..

"the former OC of eagle coy, now OC of 5SIR 'B' Coy is my friendz, CPT Tang Wai Tat.. during BMT i called him twice, once 2 inform him of my enlistment and 2nd to jus talk 2 him.. i told him tt i saw him talkin 2 the other OCs at the parade square while we were observing a parade by the CO.. he told me 2 get out of the file and join him for coffee and the canteen and i jus told him 'u siao ahz, wan me 2 die izzit' and then we both laughed.."

i am so inspired by this article written by NBA.com.. it is a write up on the analysis between kobe bryant of the LA lakers and joe johnson of the Atlanta Hawks..

They both have a versatile offensive game that's built on the ability to score in a multitude of ways -- from deep, off the dribble, catch-and-shoot -- while possessing the court sense and passing ability to get others involved. They score in a similar fashion.

"I've always been a big Joe Johnson fan, he's extremely versatile," Bryant said. "Go left. Go right. Shoot it. He's a very good player."

"I still like to watch him as a player, I'm still a fan," Johnson said. "It's a little different when you're in the NBA playing against him, but most definitely, I watch him and try to take little things that he used to do and try to put it into my game."

With one exception:
"I just think Kobe is head and shoulders above everybody in terms of his tenacity and will to compete, that killer attitude and instinct that he has," according to Lakers assistant coach Brian Shaw, who is responsible for scouting the Hawks.

Everything that seemed so similar before starts to bear no resemblance. Bryant's success starts in his head and the body follows. Johnson is still the other way around.

Maurice Evans, Bryant's former backcourt mate in L.A. and Johnson's current backup in Atlanta, agrees. "I think you see a little bit of the mental edge [with Bryant] as far as the confidence level, as far as winning championships and having a greater level of success," Evans said. "When [the Hawks] played Boston last year and they went to Game 7, Kobe's been in situations where he's actually won that game and had that type of success. Once Joe gets that under his belt, I think he can start playing on that level."

wow... it realli blew my mind away.. it is not jus skills and talent.. it is the mental edge and the killer insticts.. and its not jus bball.. whenever in work.. play or watever we do.. the skills equipped and the knowledge acquired is not enuff 2 prove to the world tt we ar gdd.. it is the mental edge and the instincts tt we hav giv us an adv over the rest..

i totally agree wif the article tt kobe's success comes from the head and then to the body.. most of the times our body would b jus plain flat.. un-energize and not feel like doin anythin.. but if we hav the mentality 2 win.. we mus command our body 2 move into the plan we had in the mind and not let the body do the decisions..

im so determined 2 train my mental toughness.. somewhere in the army days... in my bball hyperactive days i was able 2 activate it but now im gettin a little complacent becoz my body tells me tt i hav done it all.. but somehwere at the back of my head somethin tells me tt there is more..

i realli gotta believe tt there is more..

mY w0rK sTyLe

took it from the quiz link of facebook.. but instead of doin the quiz tt i was told.. i took somethin else.. lolzz.. here's the somethin else..

Your Working Style
You are an ingenious innovator who always sees new possibilities and new ways of doing things. You have a lot of imagination and initiative for starting projects and a lot of impulsive energy for carrying them out. You are sure of the worth of your inspirations and tireless with the problems involved. You are stimulated by difficulties and most ingenious in solving them. You enjoy feeling competent in a variety of areas and value this in other as well.

You are extremely perceptive about the attitudes of other people, and can use this knowledge to win support for your projects. You aim to understand rather than to judge people. Your energy comes from a succession of new interests and your world is full of possible projects. You may be interested in so many different things that you have difficulty focusing. Your thinking can then help you select projects by supplying some analysis and constructive criticism of your inspirations, and thus add depth to the insights supplied by your intuition. Your use of thinking also makes you rather objective in your approach to your current project and to the people in your lives.
You are not likely to stay in any occupation that does not provide many new challenges. With talent, you can be inventor, scientist, journalist, troubleshooter, marketer, promoter, computer analysts, or almost anything that it interests you to be.

A difficulty for you is that you hate uninspired routine and find it remarkably hard to apply yourself to sometimes necessary detail unconnected with any major interest. Worse yet, you may get bored with your own projects as soon as the major problems have been solved or the initial challenge has been met. You need to learn to follow through, but are happiest and most effective in jobs that permit one project after another, with somebody else taking over as soon as the situation is well in hand.

Because you are always being drawn to the exciting challenges of new possibilities, it is essential that you develop your judgment. If your judgment is undeveloped, you may commit yourself to ill-chosen projects, fail to finish anything, and squander your inspirations on incompleted tasks.
