now who in the rite mind will pay? lolzz.. they could hav claim tt they did not take the drink..
one of my ministry friendz drove me home from work and he told me somethin tt i nv realli tink b4.. he said tt the sales ar always the best ppl ard in any organization.. while the engineers were always drawin out salaries and were expenses and liabilities 2 the companies..
now i felt 4 him.. coz he was an engineer.. i told him tt sales were as impt as engineerin as though they may generate profits 4 the company.. engineers provides the support and the backbone.. as it is always more costlier 2 seek a new customer than 2 retain old ones..
an organization or a company is like a body.. sales is prob like the hands and legs of the company where it causes the company 2 advance and move on wif profits from deals clinched.. however.. engineering ar like the muscles and the bones.. where they work as supporting roles 2 the company so tt it enables the hands and legs and the body 2 move on.. the hands and legs could not tell the muscles and bones tt they do not need them or rather condemn them 4 their lack of contribution 2 the company.. likewise those who ar doin sales do not hav the rite 2 condemn engineers 4 wat they hav not done..
however.. credit mus go 2 sales when a company is doin well coz they ar the ones who laboured effectively for the profits of the company.. the engineers should not boast of their achievements and claim credit 4 themselves.. since they ar the supportin role of the company but they should b proud of themselves coz they ar a part of the success in the company too..
