b4 my parents leave 2 go 2 the USA.. my mum instructed me a whole lot of things 2 do.. after she did tt.. she's still quite unsettled inside of her.. i feel like sayin, "mum, if u ar so worried, u dun go lahz.. dad can go alone and tt will do.."
but she went wif my dad anyway.. and wif my bro in aussie 4 exercise.. im officially home alone..
it came 2 my tot tt my mum couldn't fully trust me bein at home all alone.. and it kinda reminded me of 1 story..
in one of the stories in the romance of 3 kingdoms.. there's this general who surrendered 2 the warlord Sun Ce and he promise tt he'll return at noon on the followin daes wif some of his loyal subjects.. Sun Ce agreed wif tt.. the nxt dae Sun Ce's advisors placed a huge sundial in the middle of the camp and Sun Ce was shocked when he sees it.. he removed the sundial and told his advisors,
"我孙策用人不疑，疑人不用!" (I, Sun Ce, do not doubt anyone when i use ppl, else he will not be used!)
true enuff.. the general returned wif his subjects followin him at the back.. and everyone admired his judgment over ppl..
we always felt tt ppl hav 2 do things our way.. anythin tt's not "the right way" accordin 2 us is wrong.. and so we often train ppl 2 do "our right way.." and thus it always limit creativity and a new perspective thru things..
sometimes.. i jus take a step back and watch how others complete their task.. and its pretti amazin tt they hav ideas and solutions tt ar so diff yet efficient.. sometimes i would feel like objecting their ideas and solutions but yet i noe tt wat they hav contributed could effectively change things.. even the kids in the tuition ministry.. they hav ideas and tots tt they ar unaware of themselves and sometimes i feel so sorry 4 them when the education system has its limits tt cripple them..
doubtin ppl can also press down the self esteem of an individual.. w/o self esteem the motivation 4 excellence could b lost.. tt's y its impt 2 hav faith in someone else.. tt he can do the job well.. complete the task well..
even God did not doubt when He created man.. He did not doubt tt He can save the world thru His Son..
