to accomplish certain diff tasks.. we always put on a strong fight against our obstacles.. at all costs.. some costs involve hardship.. sufferin and abit of mockin from ppl b4 we started to fight.. while some costs involves betrayal of trust.. war of words and some of the selfish gains 4 ourselves..


the dae had arrived.. i told the medics tt i'll b carryin a stretcher MOP and my field pack 4 the 24km route march.. initially they dun believe it.. but on tt dae.. i stuff my stretcher and my MOP inside the field pack and i told them im gonna walk the 24km like tt.. they were shocked.. some of them respected my faith.. while others dun believe it.. the specs were doubtful abt my load and ability 2 complete the march.. while pl 4 PC believe tt i could do it..

and so the march ended.. i walked the entire route march and completed wif the rest of the guys.. the medics were astonished.. tt nite.. no one realli tok 2 me the way they usu do.. but i could feel an atmosphere of respect and dumbfoundedness when they saw me completing the 24km route march..

and b4 the bus arrives.. my boss gathered the specs and tok 2 us.. he mentioned tt some of the bosses from other companies hav diff ideas and had their own interests 4 their men instead of harborin the vision of the unit.. he quoted an example where the sergeant majors of the companies quarreled over their transport timings back 2 camp as they wanted 2 return back 2 camp as earli as possible..

in my mind i tot tt they were rather selfish and childish.. fancy quarrelin 4 such things as nobody would wanted 2 giv way 2 one another.. if onli i had authority 2 criticize this negative behavior!! but i thank God 4 my boss.. where he is gracious and able 2 understand as he puts the unit vision as the priority rather than the small little gains tt the company desires.. and furthermore how would this unit progress as a whole when the companies were so disunited and disorganized?? tt would surely spell trouble in the future when no remedy is 2 b done..
