frustration no.1: when the company has been constantly reportin sick.. u ar to fix the prob.. (where the prob actualli lies on the superiors themselves when they induce tough trainin w/o even considerin the recruits' body condition and fitness levels.. and of coz.. their willingness 2 participate..)
captain ivor, bravo coy officer commandin, highlighted this 2 me when he talked 2 me this mornin.. this is wat he says..
"look.. i dunwan the recruits 2 b constantly reportin sick all the time.. i feel tt too much recruits ar reportin sick.. u may hav 2 monitor them regularly.."
well.. i tot.. i asked some recruits and some claimed tt it was their commanders who wanted them 2 report sick becoz of their nigglin probs.. well i tink the coy had 2 sit down and sort it out wat ar they goin 2 do wif the issue of reportin sick.. perhaps they will change the CSM!! muahahaa.. aiya.. tt's my biggest desire onli lahz..
frustration no.2: u belong 2 HQ.. but u ar attached 2 bravo coy as their coy medic.. the medics ar ur men (logically).. and so is bravo coy's (reasonably).. so who ar ur men actualli??
if i had a choice.. i would choose bravo coy.. why?? most of the medics were familiar wif the system here and they get relaxed and content of wat they hav easily.. whereas the men in bravo coy were fresh recruits.. its easier 2 command them as they were obedient and subsequently they will look up 2 us as a leader.. (well hopefully..)
frustration no.3: so both sides ar ur men.. therefore all the work.. sensical and non-sensical.. belongs 2 u..
alrite this may seems exaggeratin.. coz i do not hav 2 care abt the admin and logistics matters of bravo coy.. however.. medical ctr matters matters 2 me and the medical matters of bravo coy also matters 2 me.. wif 2 matters matters.. i may grow MAD..
